Exchange or Return of Goods
Customer satisfaction is our priority at SmartTouch.pk.
- Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days after delivery.
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase or order details.
- If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Return Conditions
Products will not be accepted for return if:
- The product is physically damaged by the customer.
- Original packaging or accessories are missing.
- The product has been used or modified.
- The warranty sticker or seal is removed.
Refund Process
